Care Recommendations for Your Nattiluxe Products
To ensure the longevity and comfort of your Nattiluxe products, we suggest the following care practices:
1. Air Your Bedding: Before making your bed, we recommend airing your bed linens to maintain freshness.
2. Regular Washing: Wash your sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases at least once every two weeks to ensure hygiene and comfort.
3. Seasonal Cleaning of Bed Coverings: Your duvet covers, quilts, and pillows should be washed several times a year. Please refer to the specific washing instructions on your product for optimal care.
4. Mattress Maintenance: Regularly rotate your mattress to preserve its softness and comfort. Over time, the filling materials in natural mattresses tend to settle and they must be rotated to settle evenly. Nattiluxe mattresses, however, are meticulously handcrafted to minimize this issue. Remember to also alternate between the head and foot ends of the mattress.
5. Do not vacuum your top mattresses or mattresses. Is better to air them or dust them as you do with a carpet.
When assembling your bed, please take the following precautions:
1. Assembly Care: Be careful when assembling your bed to avoid scratching the surfaces. Consider the mattresses are heavy objects and should not be folded to avoid deformation of the springs.
2. Check and Tighten: Ensure that the legs and supports of the bed are properly tightened. We recommend doing an additional check annually.
3. Use Furniture Pads: To prevent scratches on the floor below the bed legs on certain types of flooring, consider using furniture pads.
Please note that upon delivery, your mattress topper may appear more compact. This is normal as genuine natural materials like horsehair and cotton naturally settle. Over time and with use, the topper will reach its full loft and comfort level.
