Nattiluxe Purchase Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to purchases made through the online stores of Nattiluxe, including nattiluxe.eu, nattiluxe.dk, nattiluxe.se. For purchases made at our Stockholm store or through a retailer in another country, different conditions may partially apply.
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.1 AGE REQUIREMENT
To purchase a product from Nattiluxe's online store, you must be 18 years or older.
1.2 PURCHASE AGREEMENT
A purchase agreement is formed when you receive an order confirmation via email after placing an order and completing payment or passing a credit check at the online checkout.
1.3 CORRECTION OF ERRORS
Nattiluxe reserves the right to correct any erroneous information regarding prices and delivery times retrospectively.
1.4 TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
Nattiluxe is not responsible for any typographical errors in product information or catalogs and does not guarantee that product images accurately reflect the actual appearance of the products. Color representation in images may vary depending on your monitor type and settings.
1.5 FORCE MAJEURE
Nattiluxe reserves the right to invoke Force Majeure in applicable situations.
2. PRICING
2.1 PRICE CHANGES & VAT
Prices include a VAT of 25%. Nattiluxe reserves the right to adjust prices in response to changes in currency, taxes, fees, or similar circumstances. These adjustments may be made immediately when deemed necessary. Nattiluxe also reserves the right to correct any incorrect prices due to typographical errors.
2.2 PRICE GUARANTEE & PRICE MATCHING
Nattiluxe strives to offer competitive pricing. If you find the same product at a lower price with another retailer, we will match the price. However, price-matched products cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.
Conditions for our price guarantee:
- Applies to price matching with retailers in Europe (including comparable or equivalent shipping options).
- The product must be verified as genuine, original, not part of a temporary promotion, clearance, or stock clearance, and must be identical (size, material, color, etc.).
- Valid proof includes a current quote, advertisement, or a link to the retailer's website showing the lower price.
- The price guarantee applies only to our products, not our services.
- Contact us before making your purchase to use our price guarantee. The guarantee does not apply to already placed orders.

Non-Returnable Products Notice
Due to hygiene reasons and the custom-made nature of many of our products, all sales are final. Nattiluxe does not accept returns or exchanges for any products unless they are defective or not as described. This no-return policy is a critical part of our terms of sale and is agreed upon at the time of purchase.
3. DELIVERY
3.1 PICK-UP IN STORE
Selected items are available for pick-up at some of our stores and at our store in Östermalm, Stockholm, Sweden. We will contact you via email, SMS, or phone when your items are ready for pick-up. Valid identification is required at pick-up.
3.2 DELIVERY WITHIN SELECTED EU COUNTRIES
Nattiluxe offers free shipping to specified countries. For smaller shipments (less than 1m and under 20kg), the package is sent via Postnord within the EU or DHL in Sweden and can be collected from the nearest pickup point upon notification. Larger shipments are delivered to the property line without indoor delivery or assembly.
3.3 DELIVERY TO OTHER COUNTRIES
Delivery methods, terms, times, and costs may vary depending on the country and type of goods. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional shipping costs may apply. Please contact us for more information on deliveries to other countries.
3.8 CHARGES FOR UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS OR FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Nattiluxe will charge a fee for unclaimed packages or pallets returned by the shipping company due to the recipient's failure to collect the package, be reachable at the notified number, refusal of delivery, or provision of incorrect contact details. The fee is SEK 300 incl. VAT for letters and packages and SEK 800 incl. VAT for pallets/larger packages to cover return shipping and administration costs. This fee will be invoiced or deducted from the refund amount after the return arrives at Nattiluxe.
4. DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery times are specified on each product's page. All times are approximate and refer to the period from order receipt and registration to dispatch from our warehouse. For custom-ordered items, delivery may take up to six weeks. In the event of unexpected delivery delays, we will inform you as soon as possible but are not liable for any compensation claims related to delivery delays.
