Delivery to Greater Stockholm (area code 08)
Smaller shipments (shorter than 1.5 m and lighter than 20 kg) are sent as packages or letters with Postnord or DHL and can be collected at the nearest service point after you have received notification. If you have provided a mobile phone number, the notification is sent as an SMS; otherwise, you will receive a postal notice sent to your home when the package has arrived at the service point.
Larger shipments are delivered with DHL or Postnord directly to your home. The shipment is delivered to the property boundary or stairwell door, provided that a truck can access it. Assembly, unpacking, and removal of packaging are generally not included. When your goods have arrived at our warehouse, the delivery department will contact you, schedule a time, and deliver to you on weekdays between 9 am and 4 pm.

Delivery to the rest of Sweden

If you have chosen the "Freight" option at the time of purchase, the shipment is delivered to the property boundary or stairwell door, provided that a truck can access it. The delivery is notified by phone to one of the phone numbers you have provided, scheduled, and delivered to you on weekdays between 8 am and 4 pm. In some locations, delivery times are more flexible, and you can receive more detailed information when Postnord/DHL contacts you.
For certain goods, delivery may be made directly from the manufacturer to your home, in a different manner than described above. If this is the case, we will of course inform you of this as soon as possible.
