Shipping Information
Delivery within Europe
We offer free delivery to almost all countries within Continental Europe. If, for some reason, you are not able to place your order at checkout, please contact us and we'll guide you through the process.
Small packages (below 20kg) are sent by post or DHL. Larger shipments are delivered with DHL or truck directly to your home. The
shipment is delivered to the property boundary or stairwell door,
provided that a truck can access it. Assembly, unpacking, and removal of packaging are generally not included. When your goods have arrived at our warehouse, the delivery department will contact you, schedule a time, and deliver to you on weekdays between 9 am and 4 pm.
For complete bed sets, please contact us if you wish to have your existing bed removed and installation of your new bed (assembly, unpacking and removal of packaging).
Delivery to USA
Only some of our products can be ordered directly online - such as mattress toppers, mattress protectors, bedlinen, down, duvets and accessories. For other products pleases contact us.
Free shipping applies to all Mattress toppers except model Faboula Nr 4 (shipping fee $250 ). Small items shipping fees : $50 USD
Prices for delivery in US already exclude VAT so you will not be charged anything extra at checkout. Taxes might be charged by US customs.
Shipping methods can vary ( post, Fedex or cargo) .
Delivery to other countries
Please contact us. We deliver to many countries such as South Korea, Dubai, Israel, Japan, Turkey, South Africa. Some restrictions and extra charges apply but we will be happy to help you find the most convenient shipping method according to the size and weight of your order.
